Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the choice of shipping service before any discounts have been applied. Please note: island surcharges are excluded from this. For orders to islands, additional costs may apply, which we calculate before shipping.

Our shipping partners will contact you by phone before delivering your order to coordinate the delivery with you. Fixed deliveries or express delivery are possible upon request and additional charge.

Delivery to the Curbside

Our shipping partners deliver the goods to the curbside of the specified address. For security reasons, the goods are usually delivered on a single-use pallet to ensure that your goods arrive undamaged. The packaging costs incurred here, including the single-use pallet, cannot be taken by the freight forwarder.

Assembly Service (Germany Only) +199,00€

When selecting shipping at checkout, you have the option to add an assembly service in addition to standard shipping (delivery to curbside). Both services include the transportation of the shipping materials (cardboard, bands, foil, etc.) for this order.

Please note that these services are only available for shipments within Germany.

Split Delivery

Whenever possible, we try to ship all items in your order at once. However, your order may be split into multiple deliveries if:

• the items are handed over to different shipping service providers due to size, for example, or
• the delivery times of the ordered items differ significantly

Don’t worry. You only pay shipping costs once, even if the products arrive at different times. Usually, we will inform you by phone or email in advance.
